When I read this article, I was kind of suprised. A principal who really tries to limit stress at school. This is what shocked me the most, what he said in the article: (This term, Mr. Richards is talking up the yoga classes that are required of all seniors. He has asked teachers to schedule homework-free weekends and holidays.) How would you feel about required yoga classes and homework free wk-ends and holidays? I like the homework part, not sure if I'm the yoga type though. I like what this guy is doing. Will it really work? Stress free school? HHmmm. Can this be only for rich schools w/ finances to back up programs, what are other schools to do? How can they have a stress free school? Well, at least someone is trying the idea out.
