This article appealed to me, I know its long but it is very interesiting. I have a problem with reality shows. Especially ones like intervention. If they are to help the people(what do you think intervention means) then why are camera men and everyone else watching just standing or looking at these people do dangerous things. Like drive drunk. Where are the police and rehab consultants. Counslers??? Why is it that society likes to watch others have problems and breakdowns, why is it considered good t.v. and good ratings???????? To me, alot of reality shows are nothing more than a bunch of mess.

I have to agree Crystal but what is the main point of this article. What are they trying to persuade into believing?
